 4 oz lime gelatin
 10 marshmallows
 ¾ cup cottage cheese
 ½ cup sour cream
 2 stalks celery

Dissolve gelatin in hot water as directed. Melt marshmallows in the microwave or in a double boiler. Add melted gelatin to hot water and beat until smooth. Stir in cottage cheese and celery. Fold in sour cream and pour it into a gelatin mold. Chill.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
