 Shelled walnuts
 Butter
 Garlic Salt

Add shelled walnut kernels to rolling, boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove and drain well. Spread kernels evenly in a shallow pan. Bake in a 350-degree oven, stirring several times until golden, 20 - 25 minutes. Brush with butter, sprinkle with garlic salt.
