2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 ¼ cups milk
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp horseradish
20 oz canned string beans, drained
7 oz canned tuna, drained and flaked
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3 ½ oz can French-fried onions

Melt butter, blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Gradually add milk; cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in mustard, horseradish, string beans, tuna, eggs, and parsley. Turn into 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle onions over the top. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 -120 minutes or until onions are browned.
