Gingerbread from a boxed mix
Canned Fruit Cocktail
Sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip

Make gingerbread in 13x9 pan. When cool, cut gingerbread in half. Place gingerbread on a plate, cover with whipped cream, then fruit cocktail. Layer on more gingerbread, whipped cream and fruit cocktail. Serve immediately.
