4 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder

Bead egg white and yolks separately. Then beat together yolks, sugar, salt, milk, butter, flour, and baking powder. Add the whites last.

Pour out individual flapjacks on a hot griddle.
