Line a shallow baking pan with foil, or make a foil pouch. Fill the pouch with assorted fruits, allowing 1 cup of fruit per serving. Arrange marshmallows on top of the fruit, using 4 regular or 1/2 cup mini marshmallows per cup of fruit.
Heat on a charcoal grill until marshmallows start to melt, about 15 minutes. Serve plain or over ice cream.
