Tested Recipe!

 2 cups ground ham, raw or cooked
 ½ pound American cheese
 ½ green pepper
 12 oz fine noodles
 ¼ pound sliced mushrooms
 1 can condensed tomato soup

Cut cheese into small pieces and mince green pepper.

Mix all ingredients, including soup diluted with an equal amount of water, with noodles which have been cooked in boiling salted water until tender and drained.

Bake in a casserole in a moderate oven 350 degrees for one hour.
