2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp shortening
1 can cream of celery soup
⅓ cup milk
1 dash Tabasco
6 eggs, poached
3 English muffins
Processed cheese

Cook onion in shortening; add soup, milk and Tabasco Heat. Meanwhile, poach eggs. Toast 3 split English muffins. Place a slice of process cheese on each; broil to melt the cheese. Top with eggs; pour on the sauce. Garnish with parsley.
