It is now time to talk about everyone’s favorite jiggly vintage dessert – Jell-O!!
I recently went to the Jell-O Museum and Gallery in LeRoy, New York, and it was a lovely and tingly-all-over experience that pretty much fulfilled my fantasies. I am going to post a couple of more in-depth posts coming in the next couple of weeks, but until then, here is a quick video tour of the museum, including their amazing wall of vintage gelatin molds:
And yes, they did have vintage molds for sale. And yes, I did buy about a hundred of them. Pictures of what I bought, and lots of recipes from the museum, coming soon!!!
That video was great Honey!!!!
This looks like a dream come true! I have now added this museum to my bucket list.
It’s like Christmas in June WHEEEEEEEE! The music on that is everything girlfriend 😀
I love museums, and I love Jello. What more can you ask for??? Thanks!
That looks like an amazing musem- shame it’s a bit too far away from me! I love vintage moulds too but mine are either ceramic or glass. I’m trying very hard not to buy more…
Hoped you enjoyed Western NY! I live near Albany (the capital) & it’s great when folks figure out NY is more than Manhattan
Wow! I did not know there was a Jello museum! Thanks for the tour, I look forward to some cool posts in the future with some of your new recipes and molds!
I feel like I’ve died and gone to heaven. This is the ideal place for a JELL-O mold hoarder like myself!
